Then, tiles and paint are removed from the walls, and water and drainage pipes are dismantled. A crucial upgrade step is floor waterproofing. Without this procedure, moisture will affect the floor and walls, leading to their deterioration.

Now it's time for new plumbing. To properly conceal pipes within the wall, channels must be cut – this is the most labour-intensive and dusty process during renovation.
